Yoda Widget

Browsing the widget sampling from Apple, and found this fun little toy. Ho ho ho.

I was specifically looking for a stretch-related widget, a Yoga Widget, one that gives you postures to loosen up your neck, shoulders, back from sitting and computing all day (for that matter, a Massage Widget would be great too).
