Back to Seattle. Wandering about Pike Place, we dicovered a hidden veranda with faerie lights and creeping vines. Dining at the Pink Door!

Bruschetta with three options:Roasted Grapes and Gorgonzola (oh lovely!)
Minted Pea Mash with Parmesan Curls (fresh and delicious!)
Olive oil-drenched Tuna on Lemon-Caper Marscapone (we moaned)!

Italian beer and a Chianti Ruffino to match. Super fine!

Shelby, our riotous and red-locked server, was a true treat. We invited her several times to join us for a sip. Certainly stylie with her navy A-line, turquoise T and black mary-janes, a slash of red (again riotous) defining an ever curling smile. I have taken some tips from her fashion flare. The veranda was filled with many, lovers over here, parties over there, fresh dates, old dates, families. We watched, we interrupted, we introduced ourselves, we fooled ourselves, and had a lovely time. Highly recommended!
